Theodore Cavaliere’s Expertise and Skills as a Business and Finance Professional

Theodore Cavaliere has been recognized by many of his supervisors and employers as an invaluable employee for both his expertise, his hard work ethic, his loyalty to his employers and clients, and his innovative ideas about corporate growth or more effective provision of financial services. Theodore Cavaliere has many years of experience working in a versatile set of finance-related roles, and holds a BS in Public Accounting from Hofstra University in addition to several other certifications and licenses. Theodore Cavaliere is described by supervisors as “completely trustworthy... always gets the job done and goes the extra mile” and “highly competent in his field, extremely knowledgeable about whatever he is working on.” Theodore Cavaliere also has worked in several senior-level and management positions, where he has supervised other professionals and directed projects or reports. Employees who have worked under Theodore Cavaliere have described him as a supportive supervisor who nonetheless expects the best work from his employees, challenges them with interesting but difficult projects, and “has a gift for tapping into peoples’ potential.”

Theodore Cavaliere has stated that he is “humbled” by “other peoples’ faith in me” and sees many areas for improvement in his own work, but is “grateful that the companies I have worked for see my contributions as valuable.” Theodore Cavaliere has consistently produced concrete results through his effective management and accounting work. Theodore Cavaliere hopes to continue building on his knowledge and experience by working in more supervisory positions. Theodore Cavaliere also seeks to keep up to date and well-informed about finance issues by reading the latest literature on the topic in his spare time. Theodore Cavaliere recommends this approach for other finance professionals in the field, as “the world of finance is constantly evolving… to be an effective professional in this field, you really need to keep up with what’s going on, what’s changing.”
